Our customers are the lifeblood of our business. Without them, our business would not succeed. How would you describe your perfect customer? How would you describe their demographics, hobbies, interests, and what they value?


When we think of our ideal customers, we should be able to describe everything about them. Where things can go wrong is when your persona is too broad. Whilst we understand that a lot of different types of customers will potentially purchase your product, your aim is to identify the majority customer persona that desires your product.

This is where you need to focus your marketing. The customer persona differences can be subtle, yet identifying correctly one core customer persona that is the largest group to resonate with your product can mean the difference between achieving product market fit or not.
